Premarin is an estrogen preparation that regulates the work of the female reproductive system. The main active substance of the drug is estrogen, which forms in women secondary sexual characteristics. Getting into the blood, it stimulates the synthesis of proteins and DNA. In this case, the sensitivity of the uterus increases, the total cholesterol level decreases, HDL is increased, normal bone structure remains.

Pharmacological action
